Trial Period 6 months Initial Salary 25-35 K (excluding commission)
This position is to develop the sales and marketing department for a small but very successful payroll software company. Currently the majority of sales is via a partner network so this presents an exciting opportunity to develop both direct sales and the marketing strategy within the company. It is a challenging role that will require ‘hands on’ involvement in all aspects of marketing & direct sales. The successful candidate will also be rewarded with commission based incentive payments.
Roles & Duties
Skills required: 2 years plus of proven experience within a technology or business services environment (payroll and/or HR software/services sales and marketing will be advantageous). Must be organized, flexible and able to work independently within a small dedicated team. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills (written and oral) and have drive, enthusiasm and ambition. A degree is advantageous but not essential.
